Copenhagen Day Two again

After a normal day, nothing really interesting happened sort of day at work I availed myself of every possible public transport system in Copenhagen to get back to the hotel.  Interesting to look at people sometimes and think, I will most likely never see you again as long as I am on this planet, what you have to remember is to think it and not actually say it.  Standing on a train, turning to the person next to you and saying, do you know I will never see you alive ever again, does tend to freak people out, I mean it would if one did it, which I haven’t ever, honest.
So it was off at the central station and the lovely looking 1800’s building with it 1990’s stupid digital clock slap bang in the middle of the frontage and the walk down the main road, if I was clever I would give the name, oh hang on I will look on Google maps.  I walked down Vesterbrogade and to the hotel.
Before I continue a random thought here, I have got used to different currencies like the Euro and the Dollar but the Krona is a bit of a different feeling, with them being nine to the pound it makes almost everything look expensive and then you get sucked in.  For example, next to the hotel is a lidl, I love it when you see something you recognise, and went in for a drink for the room in case you need it during the night, got some water and also a diet coke although here it is coke light.  The cost was 33 krona and bought it.  Then it started to dawn on me I had paid over 3 quid for a 1.5 litre bottle of coke, I think the youngens would put something like OMG or WTH.  I just thought Oh my god and what the hell I have just paid 3 quid for a bottle of coke.  I was lucky this did not keep me awake but it didn’t.
Back to today
I really wanted to get out into the city and have a look around but work is not yet finished so that will have to wait until another evening as I stay in the hotel eating cup of soup and cracker breads while working, which also means I shouldn’t be doing this.  I have managed to do four appraisal feedback forms.  One doesn’t realise how hard it is to say nice things about people.  I don’t normally say anything nasty about people in these as I walk a lot on my own at night, we shall say no more than that.  So if your reading this and I have given you feedback for your work with me, trust me it was good.
Tomorrow holds a bit of a change as I have been asked if I want to go work on the other site that everyone else went to today, so looking forward to seeing everyone again.  Been given my public transport directions and instructions and once again left a little confused, catch any train from platform 11 or 12, doesn’t matter which.  Either Denmark have discovered something the rest of the world hasn’t with the running of public transport or they built so many platforms that the train drivers are allowed to drive where they want.  Ours is not to reason why ours is just to catch a train, I know it doesnt rhyme but I’m not a poet and there is not much punctuation either as apparently I can’t punctuate now, thanks to my feedback from Coral.
Time for more work I think, get it all done tonight then I can start again tomorrow.
