Copenhagen Day 13 part three - go out / not go out

Just got back after a walk around the city and it is blooming freezing, had a walk to Hans Christian Anderson Avenue and the square where there is a thermometer which is in lights and it is showing minus 7 and on top of that as I walked back to the hotel, the lovely warm hotel it was snowing.
Did I say it was cold.
I wasn’t sure I was going to go out infact upon my return to the hotel I had a quick shop around Lidl as I wanted to get some milk for my cup of tea tonight and in the morning and found some ham reduced as the sell by date was today, so I had a ham salad for tea, with some crisps and a pitta bread.  As I was eating my tea and listening to the latest Archers on my podcasts I thought it didn’t look too inviting out and I knew it was cold after my walk from the station so I had convinced myself I was going nowhere, so had my tea and then started some work.  Just then one of my colleagues who I had not seen since last week contacted me and asked if I was going out.  Not to miss a chance to actually speak to one of them I accepted his offer and met him on the way to the square.  We had a walk and then a chat in a micro brewery over a drink and then I departed to walk back in the snow.  Now that was worrying although you don’t know as I deleted it but as I typed walk back in the snow I actually wrote walk back home, which indicates my sub conscious is thinking of this as home.  Now time it is to turn in for the night and have my 32% in bed (see my earlier posts) and whilst you look at my earlier posts I would like to point out that I did not have my tea whilst in the bath, I thought it may turn my lettuce limp and I didn’t want a limp iceberg with my almost out of date ham.  I really know how to live.
Good night for now and will update again tomorrow.
