Day 19 - Dunkirk - Nothing

You know sometimes when you have one of those days when you just dont know where its gone.  You are running around so busy and time just flies.  Well I haven't had one of those days, in fact just the opposite, I thought it was never going to end at work and to top it all off while everyone else is starting a four day weekend I am still stuck here and not travelling home until tomorrow and will most likely not get home until after 7.00 tomorrow night, bit of a bummer really.  Still I have Monday and Tuesday at home before coming back next week.
The only thing I did today that was slightly interesting was looking at the next towns and cities I need to be at and what is  worrying is that I have not heard of most of them and have to look at Google Maps just to see what country they are in.  Whilst I have never minded travelling around Western Europe, my next sites are in Eastern Europe and I would be lying if i didn't say I had a little trepidation about those journeys.  Still I suppose one has to do what one has to do.
On the writing front I have had chance to dig out the old story I was writing for some time before I did the short stories and tonight I have re read the 30,000 words I have already done and had a good few hours at continuing the story on.  I think I am about half way through so I think 60,000 or so words will qualify as a full book on its own to with a bit of effort I may be able to get that published in a couple of months.  It gives me something to be excited about when I am sat on my own in hotels for four days of the week.
On the negative front, I have slipped to 79,992 in the amazon best sellers list.  I wonder if J K Rowling ever got as low as that.  I suppose I could call myself one of the struggling artists

Tired now as it is midnight over in France so night all
