I have to start day 123 blog a little different. Many people look to various life events in history as proof that god does not exist and that evolution is the rule of the planet. I have until now believed in evolution too but today I think I have proved that in fact Creationism is the correct path and that the Darwin lovers are wrong. Lets get a few points out of the way so far, I am not sure how old the earth is and I am not even going to bother trying to convince you, the reader, that our planet is just a baby at 4,000 years old. Also there is the story of the tortoise that Darwin found on Easter, Christmas or Spring Bank Holiday Island and proved evolution but I have greater proof.
The day started as a treat, due to the way work was planned for today I managed to get a lie in until 8.00 a.m., no such luxury for the rest of the week so I was going to take it whilst I could. I rose at 8.00 a.m. and after the morning ritual I sat down to get some work done. I worked the morning in the hotel and whilst I was busy, after the long drive yesterday it allowed me to get a fair bit of work completed. Then just after lunch I had my first physical meeting with a colleague and then it was to the client office for my main meeting of the day and where the miracle happened. Then after that it was back to the room and back to work. At 5.30 p.m. my Nottingham colleague, Belgian colleague (who had arrived for the meetings over the next couple of days) and my French colleague went for a brief trip out, down to the large Auchan supermarket for a look around. We had enough time but could not stay for an extended time as I still had two more meetings to attend to. They finally finished at 8.45 p.m. just in time to put the TV on ( a rarity nowadays) and watch some Champions league football. Now that has finished and I have done the prep for tomorrow's meetings I am gong to head to bed but not quite until I have told about my proof of creationism.
Today I had a meeting to go to at the client office. I have not seen some of the people before and got a surprise when I was introduced to the new people. Town of them had identical faces to other people I know and people who are back home. I mean identical and not just similar. I sat there thinking that what must be happening is that we all have two eyes, a nose and a mouth, or pretty much all of us, the vast majority anyway. So as 99.9% of us have the same features there must only be so many faces to go around. When God has used them all up he starts again at the top of the pile or list and gives the same faces our again. So out there in the world will be a number of my faces, obviously I don't know how many as I don't know how many variety of faces God has made. When you think of it, it has to be logical. With the basic human face being constructed of the same things and put in the same order there can only be a finite number of ways it can be changed, and therefore there will be the exact same faces around the world. Today I saw two I had seen before. Therefore we must be created and not randomly evolved by this evolution thing.
I also have another thing of note today, I found that Whisky is really cheap in Luxembourg.
