Yesterday I managed to progress with my short story The Will and have now reached over 8,000 words and it is taking a nice interesting twist so quite pleased with it so far. Of course I can never spend as much time as I would like on writing as I have to do family things which really do get in the way. You know, things like, talking, and listening and I think other stuff but I cannot think of anything else right now.
I was also thinking about changing this into a vlog but I think you have to, maybe not be George Clooney good looking but at least not make John Merrick seem attractive (literary joke - I don't do many of those). So for now at least I will remain doing this and unfortunately in my day job.
We shall see how today pans out.
I have been reading that apparently GCHQ are spying on facebook, you tube and blogger for information about people. I would just like to point out that if anyone is reading from GCHQ then please feel free to buy my book Drinking Partners, I'm happy that it is my best work to date. I'm not saying its any good but its my best work. Maybe I could be falsely arrested and then it will get my work even more publicity and finally I will go from being a anonymous failed writer to a well known failed writer. Also it would give me some time off work, which I would not mind and at the same time give me inspiration for a lot of short stories based on people being wrongly arrested and a non fiction book about how to survive the showers with soap.
