We are back again at work, I know it technically isn’t Monday
but the start of the week is immensely busy (love big words, even if they don’t
fit), but my point is about the weekend that has just gone. I know it must be my age but I am almost to the
point where I am hanging onto the hands of the clock to stop them whirring
around so quickly. I get home on a Friday
night and I take my coat off and people are around me are saying, why you
taking your coat off, it’s time to go back.
It really feels like that. I
might as well camp on the station platform and just wait for the train to take
me back to work.
One thing that does remind me of work and that is the plans
I make for the weekend, so little of them come off it is like being at work
where so little of my plans for the week come off. But that could just be me and a reflection of
how lousy I am at my job.
Oh no, I’m not really bad so if anyone needs a project
manager I am available for hire, not quite for barmitzphers and weddings but if
you need an IT project doing I’m you man, by the way I don’t know how to spell
barmitsphers and I am not going to look it up as I don’t intend ever to write
it again.
So I am back at work but at least I get a bit of a good time
whilst on the train. A lot of other
people are there headphones in head, I am looking and listening and the conversations
that are had either in person or by phone are the best. It is difficult to give an example transcript
but some of the things you can hear are better than comedy films. I suppose a lot can be due to being taken out
of context but I would recommend anyone to sit and listen when on a train or
other public transport.
This week for me also sees me in another hotel and a
relatively new one for me, having only stayed the once before. At least that gives me another hotel room
review for You Tube. If anyone has not

Now there is a catchy You Tube channel name if ever you saw
it. Oh well when I get to 1,000 subs in
about 15 years I will be able to name my own link. Although by that time there will only be “You
tube channel 1928475” left.
I suppose that is all for today as I need to crack on and
show my bosses what a great employee I am, even if just a contractor and with
them for a short time.
