Literature Update

My literature update today shows that Caroline & Other Short Stories has now reached another 31 people this week so really pleased.  It is nice to think that out there people who dont know me are possible looking at my work.
On the writing front I have not managed to get on with anything as last night was quite busy and I also had some work to do for a colleague so it was a change.  The plan for the rest of the week is to look at a new short story and one that will be based around the horror genre.  I havent done that before and before I go further I will add that it will not be about demons or things like that, more about fear and I will see how I can develop a more descriptive style.  The plan is to try and write and evolve my writing.  I didnt want to use the word skill or talent as that would sound a little jumped up.  I do not consider myself to have talent I just enjoy writing and have finally given myself the chance to do it.  I know I will never publish to print as that really can only happen to people will skill and talent but having the chance to use Amazon then it is the next best thing.
The other thing I think about is screenplays, again I would not be able to do that on my own but a friend did write one as part of a course and after reading it I was really impressed and it looked exciting to write something that could be seen on TV.  I wonder also what it would be like writing in a partnership, I could imagine it being fun particularly comedy which I have had a couple of goes at and they are in the Short Stories book.
Never say never and it may happen one day.
All for now, I will try to do an update tomorrow and with one free day left of my Caroline and Other Short Stories I can see how that goes.
